- The visiting traffic data will start tracking immediately on sign-up and the installation of the ActiveProspects code on your website.
- Q: How come I'm not seeing any information, but I know there are visitors to my site?
- ActiveProspects is a B2B utility and will track and report on business related web visitors based on assigned IP address. ActiveProspects filters out all known ISPs and will not report this as B2B traffing to your website.
- Q: Where do I find the code to place on my website?
- When you sign up for ActiveProspects you will receive an email with a subject line of "ActiveProspects Account Information". Your ActiveProspects code is included in this email, as well as instructions for how to install it on your website. If you are logged in to ActiveProspects you can also find your website code on the Account > Webesite Settings page.
